It's fall of 2011 and Construction has started Again!!!
I hope to show before and after picture as they happen with a brief description.

Replaced Family room rear sliders with new vinyl sliders.









We finished pouring the last 3-12dia footers for the replacement deck and steps. Painted the rim joist for the heck of it. Set the laser to mark the tops of the columns. Cut and knoched in for the 2x8 main beams. There are 3 more columns to cut, but the concrete footers need to set a week first. Started building crib for HotTub, Tub will not rest on the deck.

We added an exhaust fan in the laundry room bathroom






Very cold weekend.... still working on rear deck when weather allows us outside

Reasonable weekend for the end of January.... added stairs and decking in front of Living room.

The above picture is a concept photo showing what we believe the finished 3 season exorcise room may look like once finished.
There is still a lot of work to do and this project is scheduled to take 2 years to complete.
