2012 Summer Membership fees
Full Shares - $1500
Returning 2011 Summer members:
In order to secure your spot in the MGH for the 2012 season, Jeff
needs a $500 deposit in hand by the end of Summer closing weekend.
New members:
Full Shares - $1500 We
start recruiting new members at the end of the summer season. If you wish
to be a member, please
send us an email.
1. Payments
Full payment for the Summer
of 2012 is welcome at any time. A deposit of $500 will hold a share until
March 1st. Final Payment is due March 1st. If you run into a problem, you'll need to email Jeff and tell us when to expect a final payment, otherwise you may lose your spot.

2. Refunds
Anyone wishing to cancel their membership after sending in a deposit will need
to find a acceptable replacement member before a refund will be granted.
3. MGHouse Summer Opening
The MGH opens its doors on May 18, 2012 for all members.
4. Private Rooms
The cost for a Private room [based
on double occupancy] would be $1750 per person.
The Private room would be yours for the summer
weekends [Also weekdays if not rented].
The Private room can be used by other members when granted by room owner via email to the house coordinator, or if approved by the house
coordinator.
The Private
room is to be kept clean like the rest of the house.
Guests staying in the Private room must be approved by the house
coordinator.
6. Other options for Members
Members can rent the house with their friends and family during the midweek at the reduced rate of $900.
A deposit of $500 will hold the dates requested, the remaining $400 is due 30 days before rental.
